Welcome to APEX Massage & Bodywork! I’m Andréa Prather, LMT, MLD-C, a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic Bodywork, Sports Massage, and the Dr. Vodder Method® of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD-C)—the internationally recognized gold standard in lymphatic therapy. My mission is to help you move better, recover faster, relieve pain, and improve your overall quality of life through personalized, results-driven treatment. Every session is customized to your body’s unique needs, combining clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise to create a treatment plan designed specifically for you. My therapeutic approach may incorporate deep tissue techniques, sports massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, complimentary cupping therapy, and complimentary muscle scraping (IASTM) when clinically appropriate. Rather than charging for individual techniques, I choose the methods that will provide the greatest benefit for your body and your goals. Whether you’re an athlete striving to enhance performance, recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain or muscle tension, or seeking the benefits of advanced lymphatic therapy, you’ll receive focused, one-on-one care designed to deliver meaningful, lasting results. CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying me (no call/no show), 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. Arrival Time: If you have not completed your online intake form prior to your appointment, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to complete it. To maintain a quiet, private environment for each client, I kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, as I may still be with another client or preparing the treatment room for your session. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment. The full service fee will still apply. If there is not enough remaining time to safely perform your service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply. Please respect my time, and I will always respect yours. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in a direct loss of income and often leave appointment times that cannot be filled.
